Remember when you do an online entry and if you are a new member - you need to send a copy of your W9 –or you need to fill out at the roping - and for youth contestants a copy of your birth certificate will be needed as well. We the parents or Guardians of above listed child give the physicians on the Medical Staff permission to administer the necessary emergency treatment for injuries he/she may occur while participating in the World Jr Calf Roping. We hereby release the hospital, Physicians, and Event Sponsors from all liability . I also hereby give permission to the World Jr Calf Roping to use my name and any pictures/videos taken of me during the event.
